United Boeing 757 N34131 diverts to Las Vegas after engine issue

United Airlines flight UA1403, operated by Boeing 757-224 N34131, diverted to Las Vegas on August 27 while flying from Los Angeles to Newark after the crew reported an engine issue. The aircraft stopped its climb at about FL320 and descended toward Harry Reid International Airport, where it landed safely. Emergency services inspected the aircraft after landing. The FAA said it will investigate the incident.
